We've create a new way to get support, ask a question or report a bug. Now, instead of sending us an email, you can create a support ticket which will be logged and tracked on the website. This will make it easier and quicker for us to provide support and it will allow us to track user satisfaction.
For quick questions or for general advice, it is still best to use our forums, but if you have a bug to report or want to ask us something privately, you can do so with the new Support Tickets, which are located in the Help section under "Contact Us".
