Our iOS app has been updated with the following improvements.

✔ iOS 6 compatibility update
✔ iPhone 5 support
✔ You can now import tasks from Apple's Reminders app and add tasks with your voice using Siri.

UPDATE: Please make sure you update to version 2.4.1 to fix a crashing bug with version 2.4.0

Is iOS 6 required for the Reminder import?

Did Apple finally open up the Reminders app API? If not how is Toodledo hooking into the IOS Reminders App? This is a fantastic feature. I actually stopped using Toodledo because I use Siri to add tasks to my Reminders app and I didn't want to have two shadow systems. Now I will return to using Toodledo and only use Reminders app as the go between to be able to use Siri to get tasks into Toodledo. Thanks for this important update.

Since upgrading on my 3GS, I can no longer access tasks. I can open the app and navigate to some extent, but every single task I try to open causes the app to crash.

great feature. however, new task from reminder not taking task defaults, and therefore not showing up on my hotlist as I would expect.

also, even though I have the "delete after importing" choice selected, the reminders remain in the reminder app after they are imported into Toodledo...

It crashes for me too - both ipad and iPhone. I'm also wondering how I can set priority when adding tasks by voice!

Thanks

We are very sorry about the crashing issue. We have been working on this all day. It took us a long time to figure this one out. The crash does not occur on any of our test devices with any of our internal builds of the app, which is why this didn't turn up in our testing. The crash only happens when using the official App Store version of our app and the only difference that we can see is that the App Store version has some compiler optimizations turned on.

We have turned these off and are submitting a new version to Apple and are requesting expedited review of our app.

Or testing indicated that it might be the "timer" field that was causing the crash, so you might try disabling this field in the settings section and see if that helps.

Again, very sorry. We are working hard to fix it.

I can confirm: taking the Timer field out of "Fields Used" and placing it into "Unused Fields" allows me to open tasks.

Guys this update is a disaster :)
It was working fine on iOS 5.1 and iOS 6 until the update.
Now, the app doesn't even load on the original iPad with iOS 5.1 and crashes every few clicks on iPhone 4S with iOS6.

Hoping that this comment did not get lost in the "crash" discussion...

We are fairly certain that it is the timer field that is causing the crash, but if anyone is having crashes with the timer field disabled, please let us know.

Again, we are very sorry for this. We hate breaking people's productivity cycle.
