Bug fix with timezones

Toodledo	Posted: Aug 05, 2008 Tasks set to repeat from the completion date will now properly apply your timezone to determine what the completion date actually is. This bug was causing rescheduled tasks to be off by one day in certain circumstances. If you have not already set your timezone in your account settings, we encourage you to do so.
