We are opening a pizza restaurant and the list of items to do is almost infinite. My partner and I have signed up with Toodledo Pro since we need a simple way to track them all. Since Project Management is like a really complicated task list, I am hopeful that Toodledo will continue development of a simplified PM model with collaboration. Some changes that I hope to see:
1) Sharing of tasks on a Master task list (looks to be one of the most common requests). We want tasks assigned to someone but everyone needs to be able to see "the big picture".
2) Task dependencies. You would set a "Duration" on a dependent task so that the start and due dates are calculated off the due or completion date of the primary task.
I know this was meant as a personal task list app. But it is so so close to be a great group collaboration tool.
