emailing tasks - notes or no notes

I usually add notes to the tasks that I assign to other parties and email them the tasks using the actions icon. When I do that, sometimes the notes are included in the body of the email, sometimes they are not. I cannot determine what I am doing that cuases the different results. I would like to always include the notes on the email.
Help.

An email sent via a link can only contain 2048 bytes of information. If the note is too long, then it won't be included because there isn't enough room. This is a limitation that we cannot get around because it is built into the web browser.
