What happened to the Folder View

BDA	Posted: Sep 23, 2011 Score: 0 What happened to the folder view that had the folder tabs at the top of the window? That's the view that I used all the time as it was the quickest way to move from folder to folder and to view just the to dos in one folder. Hope it is not gone forever?
