As I've read some of the forum, I have been overwhelmed with TD already! I am trying to find and use an app that will replace my antiquated Sony Clié. I have started to create folders, but I am worried whether I am creating categories as I want to use them. I read that some info is deleted after so much time, but I don't want any of my lists ever deleted. For example, I created a folder of "books I have read" and in it I would create a page of the titles in alph order. Is this correct? So none of my titles or folders would ever be deleted by TD? I assume I would just add all the titles on one page? Or would I make a different page for each title, and then add a commentary perhaps? Thanks for your input and sorry this is so long!

Only completed tasks are deleted, after a period of time that you specify in your account settings. If you do not check off the tasks, they will never be deleted. I have a task still on my list that was created in May of 2006 :o

I create a page in Notebook instead of creating a task.

Using your example, I would create a notebook page called "Books I have Read" and then edit it whenever I finish another book.

Is there a limit to how many pages are in the Notebook? And can a list inside the a single page be alphabetized throughout a year (or years)?

Last night I started making a new page for each website for which I have passwords, etc. Would it be better to keep them all on one page?

And since I have mentioned storing passwords on Toodledo, how secure is it?

Is it possible to show a page on my laptop from Toodledo but have it invisible on my cell phone? (I 'think' I can use Toodledo on my cell phone and on my laptop??)

I still have so much to learn!!

Thanks in advance.

I have just come back to TD and am going to try to start using it.

First, however, I don't even have it on my cell phone! Where can I download it and will it work on my Nokia E-5?

What is the difference between the free version and the one for a fee?

Thanks in advance.

I do not know if there is an app for the Nokia E-5. You can check in our "3rd party tools" section under the "Tools" menu at the top of the page. If there isn't one, you can use our mobile website ( http://m.toodledo.com )

Here is a list of free vs paid subscriptions: http://www.toodledo.com/pro.php
