When you set your browser to store data offline, where is the data stored and what is the format? Wondering how it might provide some redundancy in backing up. I'm use Chrome and Safari iOS.

The date is stored in a key-value database inside the web browser as specified by the HTML5 specification for local storage.

Theoretically, it could be used for backing up your data and restoring it to Toodledo, but we have not designed it in this capacity. We recommend using this tool for backups: http://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_backup.php
