Incoming emailed tasks no longer have notes from email body

Al Briggs	Posted: Feb 01, 2012 Score: 0 I have found that when I forward emails to toodledo I no longer have the body of the email in the notes - this really limits my workflow. Please can you fix ASAP as this used to work perfectly! Al BTW I use Sparrow mostly for email management or my iPad
Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted: Feb 01, 2012 Score: 0 It may be a problem with Sparrow. Can you please try a desktop email program and see if that works?

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted: Feb 02, 2012 Score: 0 Sorry, I thought you said "on my iPad" not "or my iPad" Try sending the email as "plain text" if you have that option. Sometimes Toodledo can get confused with HTML formatted emails.

Scott	Posted: Feb 08, 2012 Score: 0 I don't have this problem with Sparrow. Under your Format menu see if you have the 'prefer plain text' option enabled and see if that makes a difference for you. sb
Al Briggs	Posted: May 21, 2012 Score: 0 I think this in an issue with plain text - when I use evernote to send notes to the email I also have a problem - is there any other way to send stuff from evernote to toodledo?
