What do you suggest using the Permanent Link function do under Actions on an individual task for? (I can provide a screenshot if I am found not to be understandable enough.) I saw an answer in 'Help' but I don't understand the function's uses. This message was edited Feb 25, 2012. |

It is a quick way to get a URL that points directly to the single task. This can be useful for emailing a task, or for printing a single task. |

Ok; cool! Thanks! If I email that link to someone not logged onto my account, will he or she be able to see it? Will he or she be able to see any of my other tasks? |
