I received a discontinuation notice because of not using your apps. I use it regularly every day and depend on it. I have emailed you with several messages be you fail to respond.

Please do not turnoff the Toodledo and confirm it with a email.

If you sign into your account once a year, it will not be deleted.

What about those of us using Android apps that sync with Toodledo? Do we have to sign into the web app once a year to keep it active? I hope i'm going to get an automated email well before that happnes

Yes, using a 3rd party app that syncs with Toodledo does not count as using our website. To maintain a website account you need to sign into the website at least once a year. If you are worried about this, you can create a yearly repeating task that reminds you to do this. We also send out multiple email reminders so that you have a chance to signin.
