We are 11 practitioners being served by 2 front desk employees. We are happy to upgrade to the pro level.
THis seems upside down, 2 employees for 11 bosses. I am looking to see if one practitioner assigns a task to our front desk employees and they check it off as done, is there a way for that particular practitioner to be notified that it's done? Or does everyone get notified everytime something is done?
Yes, you can do this. When a practitioner assigns a task using our collaboration tools, they can then get notified when a change happens to that task. You can opt-in to this notification by going to the collaboration page and selecting "Activity Log" from the left side of the page.
