I am using the iPad v. 3.0.2 on 2 different iPads, one is a 3 and one a Retina. On both iPads, performance of this new release seems very poor compared to the previous version. Is anyone else experiencing this? I use the Toodledo app a LOT and this performance is pretty close to unacceptable.

I think this is already being discussed in the news forum - see https://www.toodledo.com/forums/1/16715/6/ios-app-update-302.html In that thread, Jake has already said: "We submitted an update to Apple last thursday that contains a 3x speed up of loading lists. I have around 2000 tasks on my list and it now loads the "All tasks" list in under 2 seconds (it took 7 seconds before). This is on an iPad 3. Slower devices may be slower. When Apple approves this update, it will be available. Meanwhile we are working on more speed improvements and other fixes." Hope this helps. Phil. |
