How do I get information on why my App won't start (are there any log files etc)? When I try to start my application, I get a white page with the Toodledo logo at the top and then it closes again.
I have uninstalled the app, and was going to install it again, but will I end up paying for the application again?
I don't know how to get your log files or anything, but you will not be charged again for redownloading the iPhone app ( I assume that is what you are referring to). You will get a popup after the download starts saying you have already purchased it and can download of for free.
Apple will not charge you twice if you download it with the same iTunes account.
Crashing on start-up is a common problem that affects all third-party iPhone apps. This can usually be fixed by rebooting your iPhone.
