I just changed my password on the web site and is able to log/unlog without problem using the new one (on the web).
I did update the password on the iphone but it just say "login failed, check email and password and try again". I tired several times and was cautious to enter the right password but it doesn't work.
Is there any latency for password updates from the web site to the iphone access?
There should be no latency. We've heard other people having this problem, but we aren't sure what is causing it. We are still investigating.
Some people have had success by trying multiple times, by restarting the iPhone, or by changing their password on the website and then trying again from the iPhone. Sorry about the inconvenience. We will get this fixed.
