json file import

i am importing a json file from another app and i tried the import on the tool page
the import returns a message that the file was imported
however, there are no additional tasks imported into toodledo.
help? advise?
what can i use to edit the json file ?

The JSON importer currently only works for a Do.com JSON file. If you have a json file from another program, please create a support ticket and attach a sample file and we will work on adding it to our system.
