Having lots of trouble getting toodledo to properly file incoming email/tasks in the proper contexts .. why?? because in my setup my contexts are not Single word
eg
Emails & Correspondence
Background Research
so when I email with the subject line using
@Emails & Correspondence
or @Background Research
toodledo does not parse spacing or & properly and context is left blank with the task gets inserted ....
I would rather not rename all my contexts (or folders) ... but could change & to "and"
is there any way I can get this working properly?

Unfortunately, the email parser is somewhat primitive and cannot understand multi-word contexts. Certainly the & cannot be used in a context name because the & symbol itself is a special symbol used for importing another field. Improving the email parser is something that is on our to-do list, but I do not have an ETA at this time.
