Hi, I need to make a check list for tasks that I do repetitively. The key piece of functionality I need is for the list to be reusable. In other words, once I use the list and check-off each item I need a convenient way to un-check all the items so the list is ready to be checked off again. Is there any way to do this with Toodledo? Thanks!

Yes, try using an "Outline". You can make a checklist with nested items if you want. Then check off the items as you do them. When you want to start over, select "uncheck all" from the toolbar.

If you want to use the "Tasks" section, you can do that too with subtasks. Make a task for your list then make all the subtasks under it. Keep this master list as a template. Whenever you want to do the list, clone the parent task (Which will also clone the subtasks) and then check them off as you do it.

Thank You Jake!

The Outline is the solution I'm looking for.
