Notes not appearing in email-imported tasks

I am forwarding emails to my Toodledo email address but consistently find that the body of the email does not appear in the notes of the task. Any tips?

Also I have set due date by adding #Wednesday & that didn't work either.

Appreciate some advice. Thanks

I just sent a quick test and both the note and #Wednesday worked. What email program are you using to forward the emails?
