Greetings,

I am using the PlanBe app on iOS (iPhone 6plus), and syncing with Toodledo. I am experiencing an issue where reminders are still going off on tasks I have marked complete (on my phone). I'd like to change this behavior so that I don't get reminders on completed tasks.

I have done a little troubleshooting inside the app, and when I don't sync it with Toodledo and just use the iCloud or the phone's local "reminders" calendar, I don't get dupes, only when syncing with Toodledo.

I have submitted a ticket to the PlanBe app's developer, but haven't heard anything so far, so I thought I'd see if anyone here has any advice to offer.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide support for 3rd party apps. The company that makes PlanBe should be able to assist you with this.

Unfortunately, the app developer hasn't responded to my queries. I knew asking here was a longshot, but I figured I'd try anyway, on the off chance there was some setting I didn't know about on the web site.
