There has to be a way to delete old files that are not attached to a task in a more efficient manner than deleting one file at a time, can you please help, thanks.

Hello,
It's not currently possible to delete multiple files at once, but it's on our to-do list for a future update. However, we're unable to comment on a time frame for implementation.
