Notifications coming an hour early since DST change

Since daylight savings time ended my notifications, at least some of them, are coming an hour early. The time on my phone is correct, as is the time on my computer. Is anyone else having this problem?

Please check your timezone settings in the settings section on this website to make sure it is correct. If you have our iOS app, you can also look at the sync settings in the app and make sure that "sync timezone" is enabled.

Both of those settings are, and were, correct, but I'm still get notifications early.
