I sent an email with a test Task in the topic subject to my newly attributed toodledo email address (created for that function) but I didn't get any new task created. What is the problem? Thanks!

Please make sure that you are looking at a list that should show the newly added task. There might be a filter blocking it. If it still doesn't show up, please check your email program and see if there is a way to send the email as "plain text" which is easier for Toodledo to understand. If that doesn't help, please create a support ticket so we can look into your particular details.
