I am having a problem finding some tasks in the android app even though the desktop version finds them. Have ensured that both systems are synced and also cleared previous searches. Could be related to "due by date" as the missing tasks are well into the future.

Its probably the filter. Try adjusting the filter in the "show" menu option first.
