hi, i use this software quite a long time with satisfaction. recently when i want to enter the software i get a black screen with a note that the software does not respond and only after waiting more than a whole minute (!) the software appears. i have the Samsung note 3 neo. it does not occur with my HTC m7 device (but it's also new phenomenon in my Samsung). so it must be something with the settings or the device itself. did anybody experienced this phenomenon ?

I tried but got a respond that I have over 3 tickets and I have to upgrade the application. sorry
