Not sure why, but I can't get my new iphone to sync.

It's an iphone 5s, running IOS8.4.

I don;t get error messages. It acts like it is syncing, but shows zero tasks. I've tried to force the sync from web to phone. Same thing. It acts like it going to work, goes through a status bar. No message complete, but no error either.

Any ideas what else I can try?
