Outlines - print function prints 9 pages - last 5 are blank

My outline prints entirely and correctly in 3.5 pages (4 sheets) but the printing continues for 5 more pages - all are blank except for

"Toodledo : Outline Page x of 9" at the top, and

"http://outlines/toodledo.com/ 8/10/2015" at the bottom.

This is using the Outlines "Print" function

I was not able to reproduce this in Chrome. Can you please tell us which web browser you use and how many items are on the outline you are trying to print?

Using IE11 on Win 8.1 - both fully updated. Printing to HP OfficeJet Pro 8600.
I have between 50 and 60 total items in my outline.
