Tasks not completing

I check the complete box but the tasks are not showing as completed. Not sure what I missing. When I exit and come back to Toodledo later the task are not completed.

It sounds like you have that task set as a repeating task, so that when you complete it, it gets rescheduled into the future again and appears to be uncompleted. If you look at the due-date, I suspect that it moves forwards each time you complete it.
