I have just set the date format to 16/09/2015 however it still uses the format 09/06/2015.
Can someone please let me know what I need to do to correct this.

The account setting for date format currently only works for the Tasks and Notes section. We are working to have this applied to the other sections as well. Where are you seeing the date incorrectly formatted?
