Overdue tasks not showing up in "Due in the past" section

My most common working view in Tasks is by due date. I usually have a few "Due in the past" tasks that show up at the top of my task view, followed by the Due Today section. For some reason, some past due tasks don't show up in this view (using Chrome browser in Windows 7). But, they do show up on my Android phone in due date view. If I select the "Overdue" folder in Chrome, I see the tasks. But if I select "All tasks," they disappear again. Any suggestions?

You probably have a filter that is hiding the tasks from the "All tasks" list. Try clicking on the "eye" icon in the top right corner and turn the filters off.
