somehow I managed to delete the "starred" folder -- or whatever allows me to filter on just starred items in my list.
This occurred while I was using the DTG GTD app.
A starred task list is super handy because it's super quick. Without that feature, I'm lost.
Is there a way to set up a folder to show just the starred items in Toodledo?
I've tried several ways to get it back including removing the app from the Android and reinstalling.
Help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you disabled the "star" field in your account settings. You can turn this on again for this website by going to your account settings and looking in the "Fields Used" section.
DTG GTD is not made by us, so you will need to contact that company for instructions on how to enable to the star field inside their app.
