When I add a new task on the hand held app with a due time between 1 am and 9 am, it is storing the task one hour later (5 am became 6 am). 10 am and later stays the correct time. This happened no matter the due date (I tried today up to next Friday).

This sounds like an issue with Daylight Savings Time. Can you please check your account settings and make sure your timezone is set correctly?
