Is this a bug, or am I doing something incorrectly?

Since iCal doesn't understand the difference between tasks and subtasks, we flatten it out. Tasks and subtasks are treated like the same thing when exported in the iCal format. If a task is not showing up on the calendar, it is probably because it's due-date is not set.

Got it...So what happened was I was looking for the task in Mail.app, but it had a date, so it didn't show up. My bad.
