I can't drag and drop them in the order I need.
I tried with numbering them but it doesnt change anything.

Go to Settings/General Settings/Tasks/Subtasks - there you can set sorting the subtasks either to Sort nested subtasks automatically by the same criteria as the main list or Sort nested subtasks manually by drag and drop. Does that help?

EDIT: I assume you are talking about the web interface.

I've not used sub-tasks since I sync iOS w/desktop Outlook. But I am curious. If a sub-task is created in iOS Toodledo is the sub-task deleted when syncing w/Outlook?

I do not think that creating a subtask in our iOS app would delete a matching subtask in Outlook, but this is really a question for the company that makes the Outlook syncing tool you are using, since I do not know how their syncing tool handles subtasks.
