iPhone Push Notifications Setup Problem

Hello. I'm trying to setup the new version of Toodledo on my iPhone to make use of the push notification system.
I've followed the instructions on http://www.toodledo.com/info/iphone.php and everything goes well until I reach the final instruction:
"Confirm that "iPhone" is selected as one of your reminder slots".
When I go the the corresponding section, my only available choices are SMS, E-mail and None. There just isn't an option saying iPhone, and I'm getting a little frustrated for not being able to set it up properly, since I only bought the application for the push notifications.
I'll appreciate any help provided.

Never mind, after logging out and logging in again it appeared... It probably should say so in the instructions page.
