Maximum number of tasks

Hi,
I received an error saying that I had reached my "maximum number of tasks" at 20K total. I saw the tip in the forum to download the CSV file of completed tasks and then clean up the old ones in the program but when I hit "all tasks," only 600 some-odd are showing. How do I delete items if they aren't being shown?

You probably have lots of old completed tasks. You can go into your account settings and at the bottom of the page there is a link called "Delete old completed tasks"
