Don't know what you are talking about? Can I or not import from ical?

Are you talking about the Apple program called iCal? This is always a bit confusing because iCal is also a file format (which is what that import tool handles). If you are talking about Apple iCal, go into the program and look for task export options. If it can export your tasks as an iCal or CSV file, you can easily import that to Toodledo. There are other options, but those would be the easiest.

Thanks for being patient with me. On my app there is no column with the word "import". That was really my original question. So, I did use the help topic. Thanks anyway.

Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "column with the word 'import'", nor am I clear on whether or not your problem has been solved.

If you read the web site you gave me(help topic) it says, "locate the import on the left column" as a start for importing. There is no left column with the word import on my app.In fact, there is no left column. Problem not solved!!

The sidebar may be collapsed in which case you will have to click the little arrow under "Toodledo". The link actually says "Import/Export/Sync". Also, that first link I posted will take you directly to the iCal import/export page.
