For example, <\\Ser-002\Finance\Meetings\Fin Minutes 09_08_18 Year End PWC.doc> where the characters < & the > appear. I really enjoy the app except for this annyoing issue. Cheers Cam

Hi

The Outlook sync tool is developed and supported by a third part: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/Default.aspx
You should either contact the tool's developer, or post your question in the Third Party Applications forum where he regularly answers posts.
