Delete Task

New user and need some help before committing my team to Toodledo. I have read the help sections but CANNOT figure out how to set a DELETE task flag on ALL of my tasks. Many times tasks disappear and I do not want to simply mark them as complete instead I would like to delete the entry all together. It states that I should go to the settings section but I do not see any DELETE flag. Also, some of my tasks have a TRASH CAN icon when they are expanded but other do not. Any help is much appreciated Scott |

In account settings under "fields used" there is a checkbox for a "trash can". If you enable this, it will put a trashcan next to all of your tasks for easy deletion. If you leave it unchecked, the trashcan will appear only next to completed tasks. Hope that helps. |
