I strongly recommend that you address the initial user experience.

ECCO, one of the most powerful PIMs of it's time went out of business due to the initial steep learning curve.

I got a lot out of the posted tutorials and suggest that you make some that cover the major points. That is quick and easy "todo".

A users guide would really help, it took me 10 minutes to find the delete icon so that I could delete a folder.

I agree with SteveUrich on this.

I hate to continue saying this because I really like Toodledo. But the UI is very outdated when compared to other services. This makes Toodledo more difficult to learn.

In fact, the reason most people initially spend so much time tweaking their system in Toodledo is due to it's complex structure and flexibility. Many people don't last long enough to realize a setup that would work for them and leave. Too bad for them and for Toodledo.

There are several things in Toodledo that require you to hover your mouse over something to see a pop up box that you would have never known was there.

A user guide or video tutorials would be great.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do plan to do this when we get some free time.

It would be great if there were some best practices posted.
