How do I sync my ipnoe to my computer

Ok, I realize this is elementary, but I just got the iphone toodledo app and can't find any instructions to sync it. I can't find anything on the Toodledo site.

In the iPhone app, tap on "Settings" then "Synchronization" then "Enter Account Login".

If I may piggy back on this question...was able to install the app recently, however I cannot get the program to sync with the task page of outlook 2007. Any Ideas about How to correct?

Syncing with Outlook requires a third-party application.
