Synchronisation Error

Why when I log into Toodledo.com do i see old tasks that I created and completed on my iPhone application still outstanding. Also - amended tasks (on iPhone app) have now been overwritten by older tasks (also originally created on iPhone app).

I don't know if I have also lost recently created tasks now.

By the way I also added Toodledo gadget to my personalised google site. I wonder if that contributed to this issue?

Any thoughts as to how I can have more trustworthy synchronisation.
I want to keep track of my tasks on my google home page, on my iPhone AND online.

Thanks for any advice,

Orla Desmond

Sounds like the iPhone isn't syncing properly. Are you using our iPhone app, or a third-party app? Ours is called "Toodledo".

Thanks for the response.
Yes I am using Toodledo - the app I downloaded on my iPhone.

Are you sure that you are syncing your changes to the server? If you are, then can you please create a support ticket so that we can look into your account.

Thanks

Hello,
I am sure I am synching with the server because some items have been updated- although seem to be over a week ago around 23rd Jan.
I have since removed the gadget in case this is antagonising things.
Pardon the newbie question - but how do I create a support ticket please?
Thanks!

Hello!

I went into my iPhone settings and I see that I had disabled the ALL filter - so I was not seeing everything.
I have also re-enabled synch on startup (because it was taking ages to load every time I opened the App).
So far it has synched properly so it must be my error - apologies!
Thanks for your help!
