Not possible to synch outlook task to web/iPhone

Hi, I'm try to use this tool to sync my outlook task with my iPhone. Now I can sync betweend iPhone to Web and than from Web to my outlook, but not the other way around (outlook - Web) doesn't work.

Do somebody know what it could be?

The Outlook - Web link is managed by the third-party app made by ChromaticDragon. You'll need to contact them for support.
