MP3 (voice notes) Files

Assuming I have/get the appropriate subscription, could I email that file to my account? If so, can some kind soul point me to the corresponding how-to of the help files? I apparently lack enough coffee to figure this out independently. Thanks is advance. (app = HiFi MP3 & OGG)
