my tasks in a folder just disappeared (bis)

coach.mac	Posted: Aug 04, 2010 Score: 0 It happened again! https://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/4725/0/my-tasks-in-a-folder-just-disappeared.html I've done a massive work putting a lot of subtasks in a new folder. None of them are in this folder now. Instead of that they are in the wrong folder. Could be (must be) the Todo app on the iPhone. Awful.
PeterW	Posted: Aug 04, 2010 Score: 0 Actually, this is by design. Appigo Todo automatically puts sub-tasks into the same folder as the parent task - you can't change folder. So if you've moved sub-tasks to a different folder on Toodledo.com, the next sync with Todo will move them back. Nothing you can do about this - it's how Todo works. I put all of my multi-step tasks into a "projects" folder to avoid this problem.

coach.mac	Posted: Aug 05, 2010 Score: 0 Pocket Informant seems to be OK in that regard. One of the reason I need a third party app is the global search function, but Pocket Informant has also a nice calendar. Todo has the fastest global search. But Pocket Informant can also search events in calendar and contacts... This message was edited Aug 05, 2010.
