Perhaps this is an old question:

When sending an E-Mail to my account, I have always Problems to refind the new task in my to do's.

Which way do you use to find it fast?

You can create a Search and specify "Via" is "Email Import".

This will give you a list of all tasks that you created via email.

For me I found two methods now:

1) When sending an e-mail, I add a space and a "*" in the mail header.

So I will find the e-mail automatically in the starred section.

2) In my Account Settings, I choose New Task Defaults, and mark the flag "Also use these defaults for tasks added via email or twitter." As due date I choose "today".

So every new task added by mail will be visible automatically in my today-to do's. There I set the final settings (folder, context and due date etc.) for the task.
