SMS alert available?

Can anyone please confirm if there is anyway of receiving an SMS to remind you of an appointment or task that has to be done at a certain time of the day in a similar way the calendar reminder works. I've only just purchased this app and find it useful. I've heard contradicting reports of the apps ability to do this. |

Yes http://www.toodledo.com/connect_remind.php To get there normally, click on "Import/Export/Sync" in the sidebar and then "Reminders" |

I assume you are referring to the Toodledo iPhone app. The reminders work, but not on task by task basis, and the time before due for the reminder can only be set for withing any 1 hour period between 1 and 5 hours prior to the task's due time. To use reminders, you can use email to SMS or twitter.
