I want and have tried to contact support but can't find them anywhere. Tooledo is a great programme, with an interface and a design that is from the 1950s..., i.e. good architecture but no idea of user requirements. Brilliant engine but body work done by...

I have full subscription, and there is NO support accessible!! Contact? Email? Nothing.

No support tickets... Impossible to contact anyone. So think carefully before signing up.

I am locked out all of a sudden.

Hopefully someone with pick up this ticket. It's a shame because this could be a really really good product if it is moved into the 21st century. Good connectivity with Android apps though.

I am a journalist so look out for my reports on my blogs ;-))

Well, I'll be uninstalling within 72 hours if I have no solution.

Best regards

Peter

On the main navigation menu at the left...

Click on "Help & News" http://www.toodledo.com/info/index.php

Then click on "Contact us" http://www.toodledo.com/info/contact.php

Then click on "Support ticket" http://www.toodledo.com/info/ticket.php

You can just click on the last link above to take you straight there but I wanted to show you how I got there.

The developer is active in these forums so you can also post a message in the Questions section.

Agree with your comments about the UI. Search the forums for "Stylish" to find out how you can use a third-party utility to dress up the UI with either Chrome or FireFox browsers.

Don't write off Toodledo too quickly. It is very flexible and has a lot of power. With Stylish you can make it look better (not perfect, just more bearable). And you can get some good help and tips here in the forums.

Hey Peter (aphid),

I have logged tickets a couple of times and get a response usually within 12 hours.

Simon.

I've posted questions in these forums many times, always gotten an answer from somebody, usually the developers, in a day or less. Hard to beat, in my experience.
