sync to Oulook quit working

george.wilson	Posted: Jan 05, 2009 Score: 0 I just started using this software and the sync tool about a month ago to sync my iPhone with my Outlook 2003 tasks. I have been syncing fine until a couple of weeks ago. The error I show from the Diagnostic tab is: SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: The operation failed. at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._TaskItem.get_Body() at SynchLib.HashGenerator.getTaskItemHash(TaskItem item) at SynchLib.SyncTool.findUpdatedItemsIncremental(List`1 contexts) at SynchLib.SyncTool.performIncrementalSynch() at SynchLib.SyncTool.synchronizeTasks() at SyncApp.frmMain.performSync() It seems to stop at the same location each time and shows a lot of activity prior to stopping. I have tried moving to the newest version of the sync software with no change (unload and reload). I need help. thanks

keef	Posted: Jan 05, 2009 Score: 0 Hi George, First up, try deleting your completed tasks. There is an API leak that can cause issues if you have too many. Secondly, can you identify where the error is occuring (which task) from the Diagnostics tab? Perhaps there is a corrupt task that you can edit or remove to get things working again, If you are stil having problems feel free to mail me a trace log to developer(at)chromadrake.com keef
