Initial outlook sync problem

karin	Posted: Jan 23, 2009 Score: 0 I've been unable to get Toodledo to carry out the initial sync. If I turn the trace on I get a message " Error during synchronization: One or more items in the folder you synchronized do not match. To resolve the conflicts, open the items, and then try this operation again." I've tried deleting all the tasks in toodledo; reimporting them - but that doesn't seem to have an impact. I'm not getting any error messages in Outlook. Thanks for any help
karin	Posted: Jan 23, 2009 Score: 0 So, I figured it out. My categories had the "@" sign in front. Deleted that - voila.

keef	Posted: Jan 24, 2009 Score: 0 This is actually an Outlook error message and usually indicates that there are editing conflicts in your task folder. My suggestion is to - delete your completed tasks - check your remaining tasks for errors. keef
